Why We Built This Site
Alabama permits public access to many court dockets, yet access depends on the office that holds the record. The Perry County Circuit Clerk maintains the running record of filings, parties, rulings, and settings in the state trial courts. Judges set hearings and enter orders. AlacourtACCESS supplies paid remote detail, while the Perry date docket and the clerk's public counter offer other routes. Probate, municipal, and federal matters use separate systems. The site brings those distinctions, official portals, request methods, and clerk contact details into a county-focused reference.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Alabama court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. Each provider controls its results, service terms, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the site. Perry County Court Docket does not determine the provider's charges or the records returned.
